Yes I have and not proud of it. That's the reason I haven't had a drink in 13 1/2 years (April '94). In Wisconsin it was basically a slap on the wrist (back then) besides insurance increases and the class they made you go to was a joke. Now it's tougher but you still don't do jail time for 1st offense. I read about people up in Wisconsin & other states that have double digit DUI's and yet they keep letting them out. I guess I don't get it...bluejay

Yes I have. I was 18 had a brand new Honda Accord and side swiped a telephone pole. Since it was my first offense I got probation, had to go to AA meetings and drunk driving awarness classes. In the State of MS it is 3 and you are out, I have a older cousin that spent a year in Parchment for his 3rd. Then I know a woman who has about 6 or 7 and now it looks that she may be in some real trouble, dont know why she made it that far. Just how it goes I guess.
