WOW! So you guys are really going to do it and move up here, that will be cool and I am looking forward to meeting you & 20. I am sure that you will probobly end up living in Anchorage or Eagle River area but that is only a quick 2 !/2  or 3 hour  drive from where I am. I have friends in that area already and make the trip often.

A year in Saudi doesn't sound so apealing but nothing worth-wile ever comes easy or free. Cool news buddy, I will get the fishing gear and the BBQ ready,......the Kenai Peninsula is my playground and I am well connected with boats and places to go and stay. Hell I can get you clams, halibut and salmon all in the same day!!!!

Hey Gixx, I haven't been on here much in the last few weeks as I am in the middle of a six week hitch up on the north slope,.......makin' the big bucks! Ha - Ha!

I am just a couple of miles from the farthest northern point in Alaska, almost as far north as one can get and have yor feet on American soil. It is still very much winter here where I am ( I had to un-do 4 zippers just to take a leak today if that tells ya anything)! The geese have started to show up recently and it is only a little below freeziing so spring & warmer weather is just around the corner. The high winds drop the temp. considerably and that has been kicking our ass for the past couple of weeks.

Life in Kenai is quite different rite now, in the mid 50's and gas is over $4 per gallon. The bears are waking up and hungry as the fish are not running in the rivers yet so keep an eye on the garbage cans, pets and don't go jogging without some fire power unless you can run faster than 40 MPH!

There are only three public computers in this camp so time online is limted, I may order a laptop so I can just have one of my own in my room and then I will be on more often. Talk at ya later Gixx.

The snow and ice were melting nicely up here, then I woke up this morning and it was snowing again - March is usualy a crazy weather month up here in AK.
